Agile Task Planner (ATP): Flexible Project, Task and Team Management

The Agile Task Planner is a flexible project, task and team management based on the software Lean4Team. The way it works is digital, agile, graphic, transparent, collaborative and cooperative. The methodological base are Kanban, Lean Construction and Last Planner®. Interfaces currently include a flexible CSV import and export and online integration to Autodesk BIM 360 (more on request). In addition, there is the possibility of integrating quality management, deficiency management and issue management.

Kanban View

The lean construction process is shown on the Kanban board. The cards/tasks/commitments go through the complete process step by step. Each team member sees at a glance what the progress of the project looks like. Each card contains, in addition to the commitment, the make-ready checklists, a selection list for reasons of non-compliance and many additional information. Everything is completely documented. WBS Calendar View

In the WBS calendar view you see the cards depending on the time. Not only is there a WBS work breakdown structure. You can create as many as you want in any project. You can choose in which topic the cards should appear. A card always remains the same card. Each card also gets a symbol. There are for the states: planned, in work and done. You can immediately see on the card whether the team member is currently in the process of redeeming the commitment or has just redeemed it. Collaborative View

At the beginning of a project the team is considering in a collaborative meeting in which order the tasks are to be processed. A sequence is summarized under a milestone. The number of tasks is arbitrary. You can also use as many milestones as you want in a project. A task can contain a commitment for one or more days. The milestone is tagged with a date. When the team has discussed a sequence, you immediately see the result in a calendar view. If necessary, the team can start the compression immediately.
